Questions institutions ask
Do candidates need to install anything?
No. Everything runs in Chrome or Edge on a computer, or in the browser on a phone. Candidates can test their device beforehand on the system check page.
Which exams does it work with?
Any online exam: Google Forms, Moodle, Canvas, your own system or a paper-free test link. The exam opens inside the proctoring page, or the proctor watches while candidates use another window.
Who watches the candidates?
Your own proctors, live, helped by the AI flags. Afterwards a proctor or supervisor can go through every flag with the recording before recording a verdict.
What if a candidate's internet drops?
They can rejoin with the same link. The disconnection is noted for the proctor, and recording continues when they are back.
How long are recordings kept?
As long as your plan includes; they are then deleted automatically. Your institution's data is stored in its own folder.
